If you place an order containing multiple items, your order will not ship until the preorder item(s) become available.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can you ship non-preorder items in my order separately?

We are not able to split orders into multiple shipments. If you would like your non-preorder items earlier, please place a separate order for those items.

Why did I have to select two-day shipping if it’s not arriving until...?

Shipping options are based on weight per USPS, our shipping provider. If the items in your order weigh over one pound together, your order must be shipped Priority.

Can I add something to my order?

Yes - email us with the following:
Your name as it appears on the order
Order number (six-digit number at the top of your order confirmation email)
What you want to add to the order
and we will update your order for you. Please note that if additional items are added, you will receive an invoice via email to pay any additional costs for added items. We will not ship your order until the remaining balance on your order is paid, even if the estimated ship date has passed.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course, we understand that you may need to cancel your order for any number of reasons. Email us with your name and order number and we’ll cancel your order ASAP.

I have a special request for my order…

We apologize but we are not able to take special handling requests for preorders at this time.

I didn’t get a confirmation email!

No worries. Email us with your name as you entered it when placing the order and, if possible, the items you ordered so we can locate your order in our system and send you the confirmation email.

I need to update the shipping address on my order.

Email us with your name, order number, and updated address and we will make the change. Please note that we may not reply to confirm the update, but you can ensure that your address has been corrected by checking on your order status via the link in your order confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 business days for any updates.

It’s past the estimated ship date but my order still hasn’t shipped.

We apologize for the delay - our estimated ship date is just that, an estimate, and sometimes there are unexpected delays in the chain that mean your order will ship later than estimated. We work to keep all customers updated on any delays that arise and appreciate your patience.
If other preorders are being shipped but yours has not, please make sure you check your email (including and especially spam or junk folders) for an email from us. It is likely that we need additional information from you before we are able to ship your order out.
