Your order status will say "PENDING" until your package ships. Once your package is shipped, the status will be changed to "Shipped," and you will be able to track your package by logging into your customer account, or clicking on the link in the shipment notification email. Typically, items that are in stock will be shipped within 3 BUSINESS DAYS (Monday-Friday) maximum of order date. Pre-order items have estimated ship dates depending on the individual item. Pre-order items that are purchased on the same order with already in-stock items will be shipped together in one package at the time the pre-order ships. If you would like your in-stock items to ship before the pre-order, please place a separate order. In the event that your item becomes backordered, you will be contacted by a customer service representative about how you would like to proceed. Orders ship out Monday through Friday. Depending on what you select as your method of shipping and where you live in the U.S. (for domestic shipping), an order may take up to 13 business days to reach you. All In Merchandise does not have access to additional tracking information beyond what you see when you track your package.

Please enter a shipping address that is secure and reliable for delivery to ensure you receive your package. All In Merch cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to invalid addresses provided by the customer. If a valid address is requested and not provided, we will hold an order until a valid address is provided, or ship to the address initially provided and then confirmed by the customer. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and valid when placing an order, as requesting confirmation for an invalid address extends fulfillment and shipping times.
Below is a guideline of our shipping times based on times estimated by the shipping service. We cannot change or make an exception for the shipping services and prices offered on our site. We cannot waive customs taxes by putting your order as a gift. If your country has said taxes then you are required to pay them.

While a tracking number is provided for every package, sometimes tracking numbers only provide tracking information until the package leaves the United States. In this event, no updated tracking information is available once the package has left the U.S. International orders typically ship within 3 BUSINESS days of ordering and can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive at their destination. Depending on customs and where you live it can take up to 90 days.
All In Merchandise does not have access to additional tracking information beyond what you see when you track your package. Please allow ample amount of time for your delivery of your international package, due to customs processes and dispatch to remote residential locations. By completing a purchase on AllInMerch.com you are agreeing to adhere to any delays or complications impacting the delivery of your package due to shipping processes that are the responsibility of the respective country we are shipping to. It can be typical for your tracking to appear "stuck" or not updated for several weeks between the time frame of it arriving in the destination country and being delivered to the shipping address. Please be patient during this time frame since it is more than likely that the package will arrive. Also, please stay alerted to any notifications for attempted delivery or pickup left by your respective postal carrier so that the item does not get returned back to us for not being called for or customs fees not paid. If the package is returned to us, and you would like to cancel the order, we are only able to refund the items, and not the shipping. We are happy to re-ship the package to you, but that would require you to send the funds so that we can ship the package a second time.

If your order has been lost, All In Merchandise cannot be held responsible for the loss. For domestic (US) orders, customers may file claims for lost orders depending on shipping option selected. USPS Priority Mail qualifies for insurance coverage, and a claim may be submitted via USPS here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. Customers who choose First Class Mail may file a Missing Mail Search with USPS. More information can be found here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. International customers with lost packages are encouraged to file claims with local delivery providers, which differ from country to country. All In Merchandise is not able to file claims on behalf of customers, though supporting documentation for any claim may be requested and sent within 3-5 business days.
